What is your return policy?

If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, the item can be returned unused and new condition. The customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs. Please contact us for return authorization.

Can items be made from my snake skin?

Yes, we can make items from your skin, we prefer "green" untanned skin.

How do I get my skin to you?

The best way to get a skin to our shop is to freeze the snake in a plastic bag. Then wrapped with newspaper. Choose a box slightly larger than the frozen specimen, create a layer of crumbled paper in bottom of box and place specimen in box and pack with more crumbled paper as an insulation.
